Big Brother Naija star Nengi has shared the story of how she got to feature on singer Davido’s ‘Jowo’ music video.
The 22-year-old revealed this in a Twitter thread on Monday.
She said the ‘Fem’ crooner reached out to her that he wanted her on a project
“Fun fact about #JowoVideo when Davido told me he wanted me on a project I didn’t know what it was cause he didn’t say ..I was asking myself what could it be as you all know your girl ain’t a singer,” she wrote.
Nengi in another tweet said, “But later on finding out I was going to be the star lead in jowo video I couldn’t contain the excitement. Bruh my first paid musical video set after the show came from my Favorite artiste.”

Born Rebecca Hampson, Nengi worked alongside Nollywood actor RMD on ‘Jowo’ music video.
‘Jowo’ is the second track on Davido’s A Better Time album.
